HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Your parcel will be trackable on www.postnord.com with your tracking number provided in your shipping email.

FAULTY GOODS
The orange is served is responsible that products are delivered in a perfect condition. If however the product is faulty or damaged when it reaches you, customer service should be contacted as soon as possible, info@theorangeisserved.com. If you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Please also attach a picture of the fault/damage.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, The orange is served reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs

Payment

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA STRIPE
At the moment The orange is served offers two payment methods: Credit/Debit Card via Stripe. The credit/debit card payment option is securely processed via the Stripe checkout service. 

All prices include Swedish VAT 25%. All products remain The orange is served’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from The orange is served. All transfers conducted through The orange is served are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

CURRENCIES/PRICING
All pricing is made in SEK (Swedish Krona). Alternative currencies can be viewed by changing the currency view in the top corner.
Other than SEK, we offer currency views in EURO and DK (set by Webservicex). All payments are billed in SEK.
Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.

HOW TO CHECKOUT AND PAY
Once you have your desired items in your shopping bag, simply click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button and follow the easy steps that will take you through your order. You will have to fill in your credit card information, review your order and then place your order. Your card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

LOCAL TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. The orange is served is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, The orange is served has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives

Returns

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You have 14 days to return your item(s) from the day that you received your package.

Please note that the cost of return is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend to ship it back to us with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. 

Any returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, intact and in its original packaging. We do reserve the right to decline returned items that are not in a perfect condition. 

If you want to return your item(s), contact us at info@theorangeisserved.com. You will get the instructions via email on how and where to send the package.

After we have received your returned item(s), we aim to process the return within 48 hours
